Any identified maintenance works can be carried out by members of our team or reputable trades that we use regularly. 

We will be the first point of call whenever you have any concerns or issues within the premises regarding maintenance issues. At the point of initial contact, we aim to start resolving the issue as soon as possible. 

This may involve us contacting the correct tradesman or sending a member of our team to the property to investigate the issue and repair it. There will be regular inspections of the property for early identification of maintenance needs and hazard prevention. 

Preventing risks to residents, staff and visitors is an important aspect of our role and a top priority. 

Prices for this service do differ, depending on the size of the property and the business type. We offer different packages with different levels of cover.
